Chef Kash secured his Advance Diploma in Culinary Arts from the City and Guilds; and has since acquired over 15 years of culinary experience, working across popular organisations in UK and India.
As a highly experienced and qualified consultant; who has held senior management positions at various High-end restaurants and hotels, Rosette restaurants and conference centres - Kash now employees his culinary expertise to counsel, train and guide industry professionals.
As a Chef Consultant - Kash is a versatile asset for e2e HRC. Kash lends his strategic approach to the Hospitality team at e2e HRC; when launching new restaurant businesses for our clients; by structuring and setting up the kitchen and complete Back of House operations, to make the restaurant a successful and profitable venture.
He not only provides menu designing, planning and costing solutions for the efficient functioning of operational processes; but also deals in kitchen layout and designing. He also offers training on complete kitchen operations and provides guidance on food safety as well.
Kash works closely with Aakanksha on client projects and also offers his expert advice as a consultant and guides the Hospitality team at e2e HRC in our pursuit of recruiting the best of talent for the Hospitality Industry.
Apart from being a freelance consultant at e2e HRC, Kash also functions as a freelancer with other High-end Hotels and Restaurants across UK.
