David has held senior positions across industries - in the electrical appliance, retail and rental industry when he worked with Granada and Boxcelever and in the health and fitness industry, when he worked with LA Fitness.
For the past 15 years, David has worked in the immigration sector which involves regular contact with the Home Office and the regulatory body, the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner.
David joined forces with Khalid Mahmood in 2009 to expand the immigration business to the next level. They strengthened this partnership by forming a new company, e2e Elite Personnel & Immigration Consultancy Ltd (e2e EPIC) as part of the e2e Group, which they jointly own and have been managing since 2017.
Through this time, David has specialised in all aspects of the Points Based System. He has a 100% record of supporting businesses to gain a Tier 2 Sponsor Licence and provides an excellent compliance audit service to make sure Sponsors meet all the responsibilities of being a licensed sponsor and all the compliance requirements as set by the UKVI. He also provides an expert rescue service for Sponsors who have had their licence suspended.
David provides a range of HR related services including full HR policies and procedures for small businesses, ensuring employee handbooks are written in accordance with UK employment law and are implementable by the business. He also offers training on key procedures such as disciplinary and grievance management for managers.
David also lends his expert advice on employee disputes and disciplinary matters, providing guidance for the employer towards reaching the most appropriate outcome for such matters. He has also advised companies on their obligations under the current General Data Protection Regulations (May 2018)
David provides HR direction, guidance and hands-on support for e2e HRC, internally and immigration advice for their external clients as well, covering Tier 2 General visas, Tier 1 and Business Visas, Settlement Visas ( all routes) and Nationality applications.
David is based at the Birmingham headquarters of the e2e Group, which is also the home to e2e EPIC Ltd.
