Job Title: Maintainance Planner

Main Purpose of Role:
The Maintenance Planner will work alongside engineering team colleagues to provide an efficient and effective maintenance planning support to the team ensuring a smooth operation. Supporting both internal and external customers ensuring all planning and administration duties relating to Engineering Projects are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Engineering document supply and control (SOP’s, Risk Assessments etc.)
- Raising Purchase Orders for materials, service, and contracts
- Maintain the company’s quality ISO 9001; 2015 management system.
- Administration of maintenance software programmes
- Communicating with contractors and suppliers
- Identify key critical engineering spares and ensure they are stocked and maintained.
- Work with the Engineering Team and Suppliers to ensure cost effective spare parts are sourced.
- Feedback unusual movement or high consumption of spares
- Complete and process Purchase order requisition form
- Process and take record of Deliveries coming in to engineering department.
- Liase with internal stakeholders to agree and organise work activity.
- Work with Engineering to log work sheets accurately and generate reports accordingly.
- Logged Engineering Team holidays following management approval.
- Inform management of any obstacles to making safe, efficient deliveries on time.
- Primary plant control for technical support enquires.
- Point of contact for all technical enquiries requiring an engineering response.
- Assisting with the management of engineering projects from start to finish, including tracking progres and coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Preparing reports and presentations on engineering projects and data.
- Coordinating meetings and events for the engineering department.
- Maintaining technical communication.
- Provide general administrative support to the engineering department

Qualifications and Skill Requirments
- GCSE or level 3 or equivalent qualification in maintenance or
- A minimum of 3 year of experience in a technical/engineering support role is highly
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and
- Must have good analytical skills and be detail
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Auto CAD
- Experience of using CMMS system
- Excellent communication skills, both written and
- Must have the ability to work well under time constraints in a fast-placed, deadline driven
