Khalid Mahmood

Founder & Managing Director

Khalid Mahmood is an accomplished professional, with over three decades of global experience in running the various facets of a successful business – software, project management, product development, immigration, recruitment/ workforce management etc. 

Before Khalid launched the e2e World group in 2007, he worked as part of the senior management in various countries, with multinational companies like Siemens, Continental Automotive Systems, Valeo, and Lucas. Using the experience gained during this time, he decided to set up his own business. Khalid is the founder and managing director at the e2e World group and its subsidiaries. 

e2e World group is an international group of companies that through its various constituent parts and sister companies, works tirelessly to provide several business services. Under the brand name e2e World group – functions several business wings like e2e HRC, Elite Personnel & Immigration Consultancy (EPIC), e2e Infosys and e2e Cyber Solutions – that offer project management, multi-disciplinary recruitment, immigration, business consultancy, and digital marketing solutions to clients across the globe. 

Consequently, Khalid oversees a broad range of execution initiatives within the human resources and the employment sector across the United Kingdom, Germany, South Asia, and the Middle East. He is responsible for incubating and overseeing all of the company’s verticals by onboarding appropriate talent to manage the teams of creative and business professionals, across the company’s international offices. 

As someone who has built several sustainable business models over the years, Khalid has acquired considerable in-depth knowledge regarding growth strategy and organisational change management across various industry sectors. His clients range from IT, Automotive, Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering and Education sectors. 

With more than 14 years of experience in Recruitment and Business Development, Aakanksha has established herself as a reputable and influential figure in the industry. An MBA graduate from the prestigious London School of Economics, she embarked on her career in recruitment over a decade ago. 

As the Global Head at e2e HRC, she oversees project management, branding strategies, budgeting, and financial planning. She has built a deep understanding of diverse markets, the ability to manage cross-cultural teams, and the skill to navigate complex international regulations and business environments. Her work includes acquiring new clients, handling operations globally, and executing new business strategies for business growth. She has been instrumental in expanding the company’s global footprint, forging strategic partnerships, and driving market-specific recruitment strategies. Her strategic and analytical approach, coupled with her leadership skills, enables her to propose customised solutions tailored to each client’s business model. This has been a key to generating a robust sales pipeline for the company. 

In addition to overseeing client relationships, she also focuses on developing her team and fostering a positive work environment. Throughout her career, she has been an integral part of the e2e World group, and she currently leads the operations of e2e HRC globally. Based at the Birmingham head office, Aakanksha travels extensively across the UK and all e2e HRC branches, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction on an international scale. 

David Robertson

Immigration Advisor & HR Consultant

A fulfilling senior management career spanning over 30 years across several industries, has given David an integrated exposure to most aspects of people and business management. With his industry experience and immigration expertise of over 2 decades, David is an insightful and influential leader for team ‘e2e HRC’. 

Through this time, David has specialised in all aspects of the Points Based System. He has a 100% record of supporting businesses to gain a Sponsorship Licence. He provides an excellent compliance audit service to make sure Sponsors meet all the responsibilities of being a licensed sponsor and all the compliance requirements as set by the UKVI. He also provides an expert rescue service for Sponsors who have had their license suspended. He has successfully helped secure CoS for a skilled work visa for migrants and has assisted them throughout the process of visa application.  

David provides a range of HR-related services including full HR policies and procedures for small businesses, ensuring employee handbooks are written following UK employment law and are implementable by the business. He also offers training on key procedures such as disciplinary and grievance management for managers. 

David is based at the Birmingham headquarters of the e2e World Group, which is also the home to Elite PiC. 

Tinju Soman

Senior Recruitment Manager

With 14 years of extensive experience in multinational companies in Dubai and India across HR, recruitment, business development, and operations Tinju has acquired diverse experience as a manager. He is an MBA graduate in HR and Marketing and has global work experience.  

He is an MBA graduate in HR and Marketing and has global work experience across India and the Middle East. Having held several managerial positions for 14 extensive years at multinational companies in Dubai and India across HR, recruitment, business development, and operations has acquired diverse experience in his area of work.  

With his extensive experience in HR and recruitment, he has worked closely with various departments and integrated teams, providing operational support while emphasizing the importance of achieving group goals. Thus establishing himself as an accomplished people manager. Apart from employee recruitment and retention, he is also equipped to head the business development and operational functions of an organisation. 

Based at e2e HRC’s Dubai office, Tinju works in areas of recruitment and business development ensuring that the Dubai vertical is in sync with the functions of e2e HRC’s head office in the UK. He effectively supports the organization with his expertise in recruitment and is involved in the execution of development plans within Dubai. 

Resmi Rose

Recruitment Coordinator

Resmi graduated in Engineering and holds twelve years of experience in the corporate world. She began in Business Development and later moved on to Human Resources. 

After a decade of professional endeavours in India, she embraced a new chapter by transitioning to Dubai. It was within the dynamic ethos of e2e HRC that Resmi discovered the ideal platform to ignite her passion for recruitment, fostering meaningful impact and transformative change. 

She is passionate about supporting diversity and inclusion. Her commitment to excellence and enthusiasm for building meaningful connections make her a valuable member of our team.

Swati Kothari

Recruitment Consultant

A dedicated recruiter with a rich and diverse background in multiple industries. Swati holds a dual Master’s in Human Resource Management and Journalism & Mass Communication, with exposure to gaining global experience in India and the UK. 

Over the past six years, she has immersed herself in various industries, gaining extensive experience in people management, recruitment, and creating content for organisations. Her career began in content and marketing, but soon she discovered her true passion lay in human resources, where she could leverage her communication skills to connect with and support people effectively.

Hemangi Ruparel

Recruitment Consultant

An established Recruiter based in the UK views recruitment as more than just a profession—it’s her passionate pursuit. With over five years of experience spanning various industries, she excels at transforming requisitions from zero to hero.  She holds dual master’s degrees in HR and Project Management, solidifying her academic credentials. 

She is responsible for a 360-degree recruitment process, from and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates. Her convincing and negotiating skills make her stand out and work best for her to achieve her targets.

She is dedicated to nurturing client relationships and establishing connections with both existing and new clients and candidates to foster enduring partnerships. Kash Mathkar

Hospitality Business Consultant

Kash acquired over two decades of culinary experience, working across popular organisations in the UK and India, successfully managing and delivering key-turn projects for clients. 

As a highly experienced and qualified consultant; who has held senior management positions at various High-end restaurants and hotels, Rosette restaurants, and conference centres – Kash now employs his culinary expertise to counsel, train, and guide industry professionals. 

As a Hospitality Business Consultant – Kash is a versatile asset for e2e HRC. He lends his strategic approach to the Hospitality team at e2e HRC; when launching new business for our clients; by structuring and setting up the kitchen, completing Back of House operations, and making it a successful and profitable venture. 

He not only provides menu designing, planning, and costing solutions for the efficient functioning of operational processes; but also deals in kitchen layout and designing. He also offers training on complete kitchen operations and guides food safety as well. 

Kash guides the Hospitality team at e2e HRC in our pursuit of recruiting the best talent for the Hospitality Industry. 

Akash Muhammad

English Language Trainer

Akash is a seasoned professional with a diverse career path. Having spent several years in the Human Resources sector, he has gained valuable experience managing people and organisations.  
 
Currently, he is an English Trainer at e2e HRC, where he is passionate about helping others develop and improve their English language skills. He is a successful English language trainer and a team player, going above and beyond to ensure his students and peers are satisfied.  

Akash aims to make the training experience delivered by him interactive, promoting better learning, and ensuring that these students unlock potential opportunities awaiting them in England.
